Yes, F3 meets the Fair Work Act requirements as the majority of the benefits of the work experience are gained by the participant and not the Corporate Partner. The skills, experience, and exposure to a corporate environment is most beneficial to the work experience candidate. The participant is not paid and is not intended to undertake work that an otherwise paid employee would do.

We have received an exemption to the Gender Discrimination Act, enabling us to be specifically working to assist industry wide issues regarding gender disparity.
