In this year’s Financial Executive Women (FEW) Positive Progression of Women (PPOW) Award, F3’s founder Camilla Love stood out from the crowd and won the title of Entrepreneurial Leader! Congratulations Camilla! This is a direct reflection of the positive impact F3 has made in fostering the next generation of female talent in financial services.

FEW is an initiative which provides women within financial services a membership community that will train, guide and support them along their career journey. In 2014, it established the PPOW Award in partnership with one of Australia’s leading wealth management groups IOOF. The Award is designed to recognise and celebrate the contribution individuals make to promote and support gender equality in financial, professional and fintech services. Nominees are judged based on their demonstration of leadership, impact, and legacy in promoting women’s prospects in financial services.
